2. Service Availability
2.1 Our site is designed for use by individuals, businesses, and companies within Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). Orders from individuals outside the Serviced Country are not accepted.
3. Your Status
3.1 By placing an order through our site or by smartphone, you confirm that:
3.1.1 You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.1.2 You are a resident of the Serviced Country.
4. Contract Formation
4.1 After placing an order online, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt, though this does not confirm acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to our acceptance, confirmed during a telephone conversation or via email. The contract is formed upon item delivery.
4.2 Based on stock availability, item orders may be substituted with alternatives after verbal or written confirmation with you. For unreplaceable items, we offer cancellation options and refunds if payment has been made.
4.3 Online orders are typically fulfilled within 3-5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
4.4 Payment in FULL is required using your chosen payment method during checkout.
4.5 Product batches may vary due to manufacturing constraints. If dissatisfied, unused items can be returned within 3 days post-delivery, subject to our refund policy.

5.1 We may provide links to other company websites on our site, affiliated or not. We do not guarantee the quality of products from linked websites.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Product prices are as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious errors.
6.2 Despite our efforts, some product prices listed on our site may be incorrect. We will verify prices during dispatch and charge the lower correct price when shipping. For higher prices, we may honor the lower price or contact you for instructions.
6.3 We are not obligated to provide products at incorrect (lower) prices after sending confirmation.
7. Refunds Policy
7.1 Upon return of a product (due to contract cancellation, disagreement with terms, defects, or dissatisfaction), we will inspect it. If satisfied with the condition, we will replace or refund the item using the original payment method.
7.2 Defective product returns within a seven-day cooling-off period will be fully refunded after deducting delivery costs.
7.3 Claims of product quantity discrepancies must be made within 2 days of delivery; otherwise, you are liable for the full price.
7.4 Return transportation costs are at your expense.

13. Entire Agreement
